## Policies
- Pricing model: Quote-based, per item per event. Rates depend on quantity, rental duration, venue location and access, and setup/strike timings. Online catalogue prices are shown as 0 because every order is priced on a written quote, not because items are free.
- What a quote includes: Itemised rental charges, delivery, on-site placement and pickup, plus applicable tax (GST in India, VAT in the UAE). Quotes are issued in INR for India and AED for the UAE.
- Quote turnaround: Typically within one business day once event date, venue and item list (or a style brief) are received.
- Rental duration: Standard pricing covers a single event. Multi-day functions, exhibitions and long-running activations are quoted on request.
- Logistics: Delivery, placement and pickup are handled by the Rentastic team from our own Mumbai and Dubai warehouses. Setup and strike windows are agreed in advance with the venue and planner.
- Booking lead time: Book as early as possible. Peak wedding and events season (roughly October to March in both markets) books out first. Short-notice requests are accepted subject to stock availability.
- Booking confirmation & payment: A booking is confirmed on acceptance of the quote and an advance payment; balance terms are stated on the quote. Tax invoices are issued for every order.
- Damage & loss: Normal event wear is expected. Damage beyond normal use, stains or loss are charged at repair or replacement cost, as set out in the quote terms.
- Customisation: Pieces can be combined into styled setups, and many items are available in quantity for matching layouts. Custom branding or fabrication requests are assessed case by case.
